In a time when the gym has become a distant memory to a lot of us, my goal is to support you in continuing to move, exercise, stay active and sustain your health, without ever having to leave your home. My name is Deb Gunn, and as someone who is getting older myself,  I know the struggles that come with aging. As an immunocompromised organ transplant recipient, I also have an understanding of the challenges in navigating this new post pandemic world and staying healthy. I believe having the opportunity to find help with your fitness and health online is so important today, especially to those of us who are getting older and may face special challenges.  I also believe the sense of community and support we find in my small group trainings is just as important as the physical benefits we experience. The friendships we have forged online are as rewarding as any we've made in a brick and mortar gym.  I offer group classes all online to cover all of your needs.  I'm so happy to now include Tai Chi in that lineup.  I do not believe it is necessary to beat yourself up in your workouts, but to listen to your body, and start where you are.  Working out isn't as easy as it once was. We require more recovery time between workouts, and need to find ways to move our joints in every range of motion without pain, and to be able to do the things we love to do, like hike and bike, and play tennis and golf to name only a few.  I'm so excited to offer Tai Chi to my clients.  This wonderful healing modality has made such a difference for me and my clients.  Improvements in not only physical movement and balance, but  relief from arthritis pain, stress relief and better sleep to name only a few. In a world filled with chaos and stress, tai chi offers the calm in the storm.  I offer a free private consult and class to anyone who is looking for help.  I know how scary and intimidating it can be to jump into a class not knowing what to expect, with people you don't yet know.  What do you have to lose?
