Functional Strength Circuit

This is a Full body functional strength workout, including a warm up, a circuit designed to build strength, endurance, and balance to help make everything we do outside our workouts easier to do. We finish with a short tabata style body weight cardio burst and a cool down. Apprx. 45 minutes.
