30 minute Tai Chi Flow April 17, 2024

Tai Chi Flow Class combines gentle tai chi and qigong movements to lead participants into mindful movement which cultivates a sense of ease, flexibility, better balance, less stress and calm mind.

Participants don’t need to memorize or learn forms but rather they follow along with the instructor and do what they see.

After our Flow, our Mindful Message of the day today was "Unique Lives".
