This is a 40-45 min Full body functional strength workout, including a warm up, a circuit designed to build strength, endurance, and balance to help make everything we do outside our workouts easier to do. Four Rounds of work with 40 seconds of work to 20 seconds of rest, followed by a cool down stretch.
