Today's Functional Strength class is a 45-minute full-body timed workout. Beginning with a warmup then 2 supersets, and 2 full circuit rounds of 40 seconds of work to 20 seconds of rest.

Followed by a bonus 8 min Tabata at the end of the workout, then a cooldown.
