Today's Functional Strength class is a 45-minute full body timed workout. Beginning with a warmup then 2 supersets, and2 full circuit round of 40 seconds of work to 20 seconds of rest.

Followed by a bonus 8 min tabata at the end of the workout, then a cooldown.
